Our products are manufactured as one-step or two-step with one or two working faces based on customer requirements. Panel sizes are 4 x 8 through 4 x 10 and with our veneer scarfing technology; we have the ability to economically produce any length in between.
HDO – Concrete Forming
Pourform-HDO & Pourform HAO
Concrete-forming panels are ideal for high-rise or other large-scale projects where a high quality finish is required. They are specially engineered for demanding gang-form and system applications, and provide exceptional strength and reusability.
100/30, 100/100 & 120/30, 120/120
Pourform-HDO panels produce a consistently smooth, glossy concrete surface, eliminating sugaring and minimizing finishing requirements.

HAO
Pourform-HAO panels are manufactured with an innovative non-porous overlay that uses a highly cross-linked phenolic resin system to provide increased chemical resistance to fast-cure, aggressive concrete mixes, and superior panel protection and durability.

MDO – Concrete Forming
Our MDO panels are manufactured from Douglas fir logs that have been carefully selected for their tight grain in order to ensure each panel is exceptionally strong, rigid and dimensionally stable. The overlay is bonded to the panel face under high heat and pressure to create a hard, durable surface that resists abrasion and moisture, as well as making the panel easy to strip from concrete surfaces. This overlay also protects the wood substrate from the rigors of site construction, including exposure to water and alkali solutions.
